Deterministic engine per PV-SLM-ADR-001 — the maths generates the data; no model guesses it.
Reads .csv and .xlsx with no external libraries (uses the browser's own decompression; no network).
Known MVP limit: categories are generated independently of numbers, so category→number links (item→price) aren't yet preserved. Conditional generation is the V2 fix.
